Cutest Lil' Cowpoke- Who Will the Winners be for 2010?

Each year several youngsters, from four years old to eight years old, enter this contest. One boy and one girl will be chosen as the winners. This year the contest will be held in June, 2010.
Children are judged on poise and personality, no live props allowed.
 
The entry for the contest is free and children must be registered by Friday June 18, 2010.  The winners will be announced immediately following the contest.  The winners will be introduced and presented with their buckles on Friday, July 9th at the Lake County Rodeo. The winners each receive a special belt buckle signifying their success as well as four Friday rodeo passes.

Entry forms will be available at Rainbow Ag in Lakeport, CJS Ranch Supply in Middletown, Marie's Feed in Clearlake and the Lake County Chamber, 875 Lakeport Blvd., Lakeport.

This is a sure fire crowd favorite!!!!
Children under 8 years old come together every year to climb aboard a wiley sheep and try to hang on for a high scoring ride.  They compete for the belt buckle and t-shirt won in this crowd pleasing event. 
 
Children must be 8 years old or younger on July 9, 2010 and weigh no more than 50 lbs.   Entries are limited and are taken on a first come first serve basis.  All riders will be weighed prior to the event each evening.  Pre-registration is  mandatory if they want to ride.  Entry is a non refundable $10 fee and DOES NOT include rodeo admission.  Helmet, long pants, long sleeve shirt, and sturdy shoes are required.  No late registrations accepted, all entries must be paid and complete by June 30, 2010  No re-rides.
