Welcome!
The
Lake County Rodeo Association wishes to thank you for your interest in running for Lake County Rodeo Queen and Princess 2010.
The year will be jammed packed with rodeos, community appearances and more exciting events. The commitment of Lake County
Rodeo Queen and Princess can be a hectic and chaotic one, but definitely worth the time and effort. Just ask any Rodeo Queen!
A
rodeo just wouldn’t be a rodeo without the Rodeo Queen and her Court. A Rodeo Queen and her Court serve as ambassadors
of the all-American sport of rodeo. A Rodeo Queen and her Court's knowledge and representation of the Sport of Rodeo and General
Horsemanship are a crucial part of the rodeo’s continued success and allow her to act as a liaison between the sports
itself and its spectators. The Rodeo Queen and Court are gracious, poised, and informed. They help people learn about and
appreciate the sport that defines the west.
The
Queen and her Court represent Lake County Rodeo, riding in Parades and Rodeo Grand Entries at home and throughout the local
area. The Queen and her court may be required to participate in public relations activities throughout the year.
Please
review the packet to make sure you fully understand what will be asked of you if you are chosen as Lake County Rodeo Queen
and Princess 2010.
Thank
You
Lake
County Rodeo Association
